Investigation and Acceptance of Human Rights Violation

INKHR report conditions of victims of North Korean human rights violations to organization under UN and proceed petition activities. Under the cooperation with UN, we proceed project that supports victims of North Korean human rights torture.


INKHR strives to increase the awareness about actual condition of North Korean human rights violation under the cooperation with North Korean human rights organization in global society. We also actively proceed various activities for improving North Korean human rights and register cases that apply to following crimes against humanity.


In 2014, UN COI defined human rights infringement of North Korea as crimes against humanity; it was said to be a serious, systematic and extensive human rights infringement started from many different government institution under Kim Jeong-eun’s control.


North Korea’s crimes against humanity include massacre, murder, slavery, torture, forceful imprisonment, forceful abortion, sexual violence, discrimination or persecution on politics, religion and gender, starvation, and violation of residential mobility etc.
