inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.’
Although it has been 69 years since this declaration was announced,
in the land of North Korea, a lot of people are still suffering from unimaginably
crucial torturing and receiving inhumane punishment.
North Korea government is nothing doing and being irresponsible
					for protecting its own people.

The movement for stopping forced repatriation of North Korean teenage
defectors as the initial point, INKHR has progressively and actively worked
in enactment of North Korean human rights act, launching UN
North Korean human rights center office in Seoul, and also
in suggesting policies about North Korean human rights act enforcement ordinance.
Furthermore, in July 2016, we submitted the report on forcibly repatriated
North Korean defectors’ human rights violation to UN human rights office in Seoul.

We will carry out projects for North Korean human rights improvement
and unification of the Korean Peninsula. Especially, we investigate,
analyze and record violation cases reported by victims themselves,
their families or acquaintances. Not only this,
but we also prepare grounds for legal action to punish assailant,
and carry out practical and effective activities which make the reality
of violation cases widely known to international society.

This organization will keep doing its best in various education projects
like North Korean human rights education and unification education etc.
We will take the initiative in improving human rights North Korean people
actually and their protection. We will be very grateful
if many people show consideration and participation in our efforts.
					Thank you!
